		<description>Even though Takara's a bit younger than Sierra, I've begun with giving her simple chores that she seemed to like anyway.  For example, if she feeds the cats and gives them water (when they need it), I give her a quarter.  If the scoops the litter box, another quarter.  Folding towels, washing windows/mirrors (she loves the windex spray bottle), etc.  It actually can pay out pretty well for them because if you figure at 5 or 6 years old just for those things I mentioned, a kid could pull in about $1.25 every other day which makes them feel good, and you can know that you are giving them a substantial (for that age) chunk of change, but they've earned it.</description>
