MP3Sale's website isn't as nice as AllofMP3, but their pricing system is pretty cool - an even $0.10 per song, rather than $0.02 per MB. My only beef is that not all of their songs are in a constant bitrate, and their selection isn't as broad as AllofMP3. That's weird that you've had to ask for money back from AllofMP3. The only time I've ever run into problems is when a specific download doesn't work, in which case simply deleting it from my queue and adding it back in solved the issue.
