Holy fuckballs! Damn, Okay. First I'm shocked to hear this but glad that these recent postings show that you're still kicking around somewhere. Also happy to see that Ron in in touch! Sorry dude, I lost the address you gave me but I've got your number in front of me. This is really spooky because my dad called me the other day thinking that he had read your father's obituary but what is really was is that somebody named "James Dean sr." had died and he was confused because you and James were my numero uno buddies and he knew you were both Jr's. Anway, I'm gonna try to call people more but I don't have much free time because I'm going to school full-time again and yes, I will be a teacher. And yes, Brandenburg is alot of the inspiration for that. Long explination.
Anyway, Dean! I've really missed you man and just want to say hi and let your dad know (if he knows you made this information public) that I'm hoping for the best for him.

Man Dean, I feel for you. I know what its like to have a lack of a relationship with a father. My situation is completely different but has many simularities. All I can say is its better to put forth some effort while you can, rather than reqret not attempting once that window of opportunity has passed. Its gotta be a rough situation mentally on you, but stay strong and use everything as a chance to grow and learn.

Man. I am almost at a loss for words. You never know, this may be chance for you and your dad to really get to know each other and connect. It may be a bummer that it has to be this type of situation, but at least there is the opportunity. Dean, I am not a religious person, but I will keep you and your dad in my thoughts. You are a great guy and can make people laugh without even trying. Go make your dad laugh. Laughing is good for the soul. If there is anything I can do, let me know.
